Our story began in 1946 Jaipur.

As children, Sidd Iyer and Amara Ghosh would meet every morning at their local chai shop.

Their laughter quickly blossomed into love, but Amara's family had already promised her to another. She married and moved away, leaving Sidd devastated.

Sidd grew old and lonely, and eventually purchased the rundown chai shop.

He then turned its back room into a secret club he named Amara Club.

It became a gathering place for South Asian elite: businessmen, doctors, artists and young lovers.

Decades later, Sidd passed away and Amara Club was mysteriously shut down, never to be seen again…until now.
